  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery.
  • Products without original packaging or tags.

3. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, approval will be provided.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Exchange Option

  • Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or wrong items, subject to availability.

5. Shipping for Returns

  • If the return is approved, return shipping instructions will be provided.
  • In case of wrong or damaged delivery, return shipping cost will be covered; otherwise, customer bears the cost.
